T-shirt composition
GRAFFITEES hand prints, in silkscreen, inside an italian craft workshop, on 100% pure cotton T-shirts.
Washing the t-shirts
GRAFFITEES recommends washing the individual T-shirts in cold water (30°) without spinning, necessarily turned inside out, not to damage the print. As soon as the product is received, a first safety wash is recommended: no allergic reaction has been found yet.
Drying
GRAFFITEES recommends not to use the dryer: if it is not possible otherwise, keep the temperature low and use short drying cycles.
Ironing
GRAFFITEES suggests ironing t-shirts necessarily turned inside out, protecting the print with a cloth to be placed under the iron where the printed graphics are present.
ORDERS
Tracking an order
You will receive an email from Graffitees with your shipping number (ex. M4000ZJOY8).
In it you will find a link that leads you to track your parcel and you will be notified of when the courier is going to deliver it.
Cancel an order
From the moment of the order you will have an hour (60 minutes) to cancel your order.
Graffitees will not be responsible for any deductions by PayPal or Stripe.
Shipping and delivery
Deliveries in Italy:
For deliveries Graffitees uses an express courier service. The products will be shipped and delivered within 72 hours from the order. Delivery time is intended as average and working days.
International deliveries:
In case it would be necessary to pay for duties and taxes for delivery outside the EU
(including Switzerland) additional charges as well as risks of transport must be borne by customers.
Payment method
In order to ensure transparency in transactions through PayPal and Stripe platforms,
Graffitees does not accept payments made by bank transfer, payments on delivery or
any other form of payment except the mentioned above.
Exchange a product
It is possible to exchange only the t-shirts by sending an email to info@graffitees.it
specifying in the subject of the email the word RETURN and the order number
within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Returns
Graffitees makes sure to carry out shipments with the maximum guarantee of its own
packaging therefore it is not responsible for any damage caused by conveyors.
Possible serious manufacturing or printing defects will have to be evaluated at first by providing photographs which ascertain the possible “damage or mistake” and sending an email to info@graffitees.it with the word “PROBLEM” followed by your order number specified in the subject line of your email.
